The Intellectual Property (IP) Guidelines by the Education Department of Gujarat aim to build a strong IP ecosystem within academia by supporting creation, protection, and commercialization of intellectual property. These guidelines focus on empowering students, researchers, and institutions, promoting innovation, establishing IP facilitation centers, and aligning efforts with the National IPR Policy 2016. The scope covers all higher education institutions under SSIP, encouraging IP awareness, legal protection, and strategic support for IP-driven startups and innovations across the state.

IP filing by selected IP Facilitator as per the GSFC University Sanction letter, IPR Policy, SoP and Guidelines
Phases
PoC/Prototype/IPR grant be disbursed in maximum 2- 3 installments based on the progress.
